After learning there is already a Wednesday night tournament launching out of Tunis Landing last week, we’ve decided to move the Feel The Payne Fishing Week Night Summer Series Shootout to Thursday nights at Shoups Landing starting this week. Our first tournament is this week.
We want to apologize to the Tunis Landing tournament crew. We honestly didn’t know there was already an established event going on Wednesday evenings, and we would never intentionally schedule on top of another local tournament trail.
There’s room for everybody to grow the fishing community, and we appreciate everything those guys are doing for local anglers.
New location and schedule: Thursday Nights

Tournament Sunday.

Here's what you need to know.

Due to low water conditions at the 258 ramp, we will be going out of Shoups Landing on the Chowan River. Address is listed below.

120 Shoups Landing Rd, Eure, NC 27935

Blast off will be safe light. Weigh in will be 3pm.

14 inch minimum

Due to confusion last week on what the waiver actually says, everyone will be required to sign a new waiver in order to fish. This waiver will cover you on any and all Feel The Payne Fishing events through the rest of 2024 and all of 2025. Make sure you read it Do not sign it blindly then get upset when you are informed of what it says.
