A few months ago my left arm wanted nothing to do with ring support.
The arm drifted away from my body, maintaining position was difficult, and pressing out of the bottom of the dip wasn’t available.
Fast forward to today:
• Full ring turnout
• Minimal left arm drift
• Pressing out of the bottom under control
No magic exercise.
No breakthrough workout.
Just identifying the limiting factors, addressing them, and stacking enough quality reps over time.
Progress usually looks a lot less exciting than people expect.
Until you compare it to where you started.
