You’ve probably heard of the term “functional fitness” but what exactly makes it functional?

True functional fitness helps you train movement patterns that you see and use in everyday life!

For example:
Wall Ball/Air Squat ➡️ Sitting down and standing up
Deadlift ➡️ Picking up and carrying kids
Farmer’s Carry ➡️ Carrying groceries
Burpee ➡️ Getting up from the floor unassisted

Getting stronger in these movements will make doing these things less taxing and allow you to enjoy everyday moments with independence and confidence. 🏋🏻
