Bench press- 157 on bar, bands are 30-60lbs each. Closer to the top end here. (Doubled over)

Banded box squat- 135 on bar, blue= 35-85, red= 50-125.
I can say for certain resistance is at the lower end of the range here.

Went a little low, will focus on that next set.

Lower handle trap bar Deadlift- 299x5
RDL next, then main lift. Then box squat with bands. Unlike my other 3 days, leg day main lift comes later in the workout. Just works out better me, been doing it years.
