You asked for it......soooooo INTENSITY CAMP is back!!!!!
June 22 through June 26th we're offering a youth camp at Queen City Strength that's designed to help your young athlete reach the next level in their training; both physically and mentally!
Class will be from 9am till 1pm everyday and Friday we will have a cookout to celebrate the ones that make it all week long.
We will provide water, please bring your own bottle. We will also provide 2 snacks during camp. If your child wants anything to drink other than water you must pack it. We REALLY prefer no energy drinks, their little hearts are gonna be working hard enough.
Cost for members is 120 per child and 20 off for each additional. Cost for non members is 150 per child and 20 off for each additional. Must register by texting Warren at 540-569-6945 with your child's name and age.
It's not called INTENSITY camp for nothing yall, this is hard work. We will be doing endurance runs, speed and agility drills, team building, weight lifting, soul searching, pushing limits, breaking down walls and building each other up along the way. We recommend for ages 9-18 but if you're younger or older and up for the challenge we can certainly talk about it.

Back by popular demand..... Queen City Strength is going to start offering speed and agility and strength and conditioning classes.
This will be 45 min of speed and agility followed by 45 min of strength training. PERFECT for young athletes wanting to grow faster, stronger, leaner, and meaner during the off season.
KICKS OFF TODAY and we will be there every Sunday at 2pm and every Wednesday at 4pm beginning on the 22nd. The cost is $20 per session but we offer discounts for multiple children and if you buy 5 classes your 6th one is FREE.

Screaming CONGRATS to Jude Robson on bringing home THIRD IN THE NATION in the 133 weight class!!! He's currently wrestling for Roanoke College, a Riverheads alumni, and has been training with us at Queen City since he was a freshmen in high school!
Jude is an incredible athlete and human that gives 110% in everything he does. Third in the NATION yall!!!! Yewwww way to go Jude!
