Juts a reminder- this week is Karatethon!!!!!!💥👊🏻💥
Monday- how many punches and kicks in 5 minutes!!!
Wednesday- tournament style sparring!!!!
Friday- board breaking!!!!!
Please get as many sponsors as you can as it goes to the Children’s Hospital ( which we have raised over a million dollars!!!!!)
If you would like to go to the event in Richmond on Saturday please let Master Napier know asap!!!
