📢Calling all Summer babies & new mamas-
Join our nurturing new mothers group.

Connect with other new moms in the 4th trimester.

The first few weeks after birth can feel overwhelming, exhausting and lonely.
🫶This group is a safe and nurturing place to gather with other mamas who are in the same stage of life. You will have an opportunity to check in and share where you are in this moment, and hear others do the same.

We offer topics each week, which may include:
🤍Sharing your journey from birth-now
🤍Feeding supper with IBCLC Trisha
🤍Pelvic floor support with Dr. Sheron Dsouza | Pelvic Health Physical Therapist
🤍introduction to tummy time and positions to help with reflux, soothing and sleep.
🤍Curated group building activities to make mom friends!
🤍transitioning to what’s next-meeting family, public life with baby, back to work and more)

Facilitated by Kimberly Motill, owner of Family Tree Yoga, trained doula, birth educator, and mother of 4.

Other postnatal practitioners will join us for some of sessions.

Come as you are. Babies can feed, sleep, diapers changed - whatever you and your baby need can all happen in our space.

5 week series, on Mondays at 1:30pm beginning July 13th Class dates 9/28, 10/5, 10/12, 10/19 & 10/26 Please pre-register to hold your space.

Our group is held at Honey Joe’s Family Coffee House - in the Den, a private room just for our group.

🫧 Baby Sensory Sign & Sign Language class

Join this joyful and enriching experience designed to nurture your baby’s development through play, music, and connection!

⭐️Each class offers age-appropriate sensory activities that support your child’s physical, cognitive, social, and communication skills—the building blocks for all future learning. Babies will explore sounds, textures, gentle movement, rolling, and tummy time, while parents learn simple baby sign language to encourage early communication.

🎶You’ll sing songs, laugh, sign and bond with your baby - all while connecting with other parents in a warm, supportive environment.

👶For babies 6 weeks - 9 months (age range is flexible best for pre-crawlers)

This is a 4 week series Mondays 10:00-10:45 - Stamford Hotel 9/14, 9/21, 9/28 & 10/5
