She is a graduate of New York Medical College and holds a Masters of Science Physical Therapy specializing in orthopedics and injury prevention. She is a certified E-RYT 500 hour RYT Yoga Instructor, Level 2 ACA, PSUPA Instructor Trainer, ASI and WPA SUP & SUP YOGA Instructor. She lives on the water in Shippan, CT with her Husband and therapy dog Ladybug.
