A new training block starts Monday.

That means new goals, new challenges, and new opportunities to improve.
Over the past few months we've built strength, prepared for Murph, and developed our engine. Now it's time to put those pieces together.

This next phase will focus on improving your ability to sustain effort, recover faster, and continue building the kind of fitness that carries over into real life.

You'll see:
✅ Strength work
✅ Olympic lifting
✅ Gymnastics progressions
✅ Interval training
✅ Workouts that reward pacing, consistency, and grit

The goal isn't to leave the gym exhausted.

The goal is to become more capable.

Show up. Be consistent. Trust the process. The results will take care of themselves.

But I think a lot of adults quietly assume feeling “off” is just part of getting older.

Less energy.
More stiffness.
Not feeling comfortable in your body anymore.

And because it happens slowly, people just adapt to it.

But honestly?

You’re probably not nearly as far gone as you think.

The body responds FAST when people start moving consistently again.
