All of our clientele, whether one on one or semi private, have their own individualized programming according to personal factors such as level of fitness and goals. That doesn’t mean, however, that the same one exercise won’t be programmed somewhere in different client programs. Why?
Because a squat, lunge, step up, etc. and every variation in between is going to have the same bio mechanical pattern, meaning you can program the same or different exercise for multiple people to elicit the same outcome. Of course, there are reasons to program bilateral (two leg) or unilateral (single leg) exercises depending on the goal. You can see in this video that a few of our clients are performing the same exercise and a couple are not. Same movement pattern but different stages in their level of fitness and different goals.
