6 Week Challenge winner at WEEK 3!!!

Brian R. already cleared BOTH of his goals in just 3 weeks!
Goal #1: -3% body fat
Goal #2: -8lbs of pure body fat mass

Results #1: -4% body fat
Results #2: -11.9lbs of pure bodyfat 🤯

Brian still has 3 weeks left of his challenge. Final results to come!!

All of our clientele, whether one on one or semi private, have their own individualized programming according to personal factors such as level of fitness and goals. That doesn’t mean, however, that the same one exercise won’t be programmed somewhere in different client programs. Why?
Because a squat, lunge, step up, etc. and every variation in between is going to have the same bio mechanical pattern, meaning you can program the same or different exercise for multiple people to elicit the same outcome. Of course, there are reasons to program bilateral (two leg) or unilateral (single leg) exercises depending on the goal. You can see in this video that a few of our clients are performing the same exercise and a couple are not. Same movement pattern but different stages in their level of fitness and different goals.

6 Week Challenge Client Win!!

Celeste completed her challenge with us this past week having hit her goal BY WEEK 3 of the 6 weeks.
Celeste hit her goal of a 3% body fat loss and then some by:
-4.6 lbs of fat
+substantial amount of dry lean mass.
Look at those guns💪💪!!

Power Couple Clients

When and joined us a few months ago we knew that we were going to see big things from them. Carri’s competitive drive and Alex’s passion for all things he puts his mind to continues to show up in big ways in the gym.

6 WEEK CHALLENGE SUCCESS!!

Mark is a part of our 6 AM crew with Coach .
The early bird got the worm!!
Finishing his Challenge with a 3% body fat loss.
Mark accomplished this goal with a beautiful recomposition:
• +2.7 lbs of LEAN MASS
• -5.5lbs pure body fat

Mark hustles in every workout and is now seeing the visual changes he has wanted for so long!

This fun loving lady is .
She recently completed her 6 Week Challenge and I think her picture says it all.

Alla started her challenge at
35.2% bodyfat and is currently at 29.8%. That's over 5% gone ladies and gents!!
Fat mass: 56.7lbs down to 45lbs
Lean mass: 104lbs up to 106.2lbs!!

We love having this light with us and are lucky she’ll be around long term!!

This is Shamus, one of our 6 week Challengers who came to us after recovering from a stroke. He completed his challenge having lost 11.2 lbs of pure body fat while gaining an immense amount of strength and lean mass. Shamus has found a supportive community at his early morning sessions with MOV and we’re so excited that he will be staying with us long term.

I wish I had the original picture because it was so pretty but I only saved the version from our story.
one of our clients participating in the 6 Week Transformation Challenge went to work this past Sunday prepping her meals for the week. She was at the ballpark all weekend with her family but found the time Sunday to shop and meal prep. It sounds a bit hectic right?
But she shared with me that she put on music while she and her husband spent the time cooking as quality time. She stated that when her friends ask her how she finds time to train and prepare meals for the week she simply tells them that this is for her and she finds the time.
Kate is a wife, mother of two, and works full time. She is intentional with her wellness for HER. She wants it and she’ll have it.
It starts with taking care of YOU so you can take care of those you love the most.

This week, February 27th-March 5th is National Eating Disorder Awareness week. The purpose is to bring support to those recovering and their families, along with raising awareness of how common eating disorders are.
