HEAVYBAG CLASSES
• ages 8+
• individual and family memberships available
• classes are held everyday
• free trials available

ADULT SPARRING
• ages 16+
• individual memberships and add-on heavybag options available
• Thursdays at 630pm, Saturdays at 2pm
• mouth guards, headg

ear required, cups strongly suggested
• must be registered with USAboxing

YOUTH BOXING
• ages 8-15y/o
• Youth 101 Saturdays at 12pm, 45min
> free trials available
> no-to-light contact heavybag/mix class
• Youth 201 Wednesdays at 630pm and Saturdays 1pm
> this is a 6 week program, please contact the front desk (call/text) for enrollment
> no-to-light contact
• Youth 301 Mondays and Tuesdays 63pm, Saturdays 2pm
> must have completed Youth 201
>must be registered with USAboxing
> this is youth sparring, mouth guards and headgear required

PERSONAL TRAINING
• one-on-one with trainer
• mitt work, heavybag, technique, strength and conditioning all available

WELLNESS & RECOVERY
• guests can reserve the wellness room for 30mins
• Nomatec compression
• infrared sauna

We’re looking to add a Heavy Bag Boxing Fitness Trainer to our team!

We need someone who is high energy, confident, reliable, and able to lead a room. This person should be comfortable coaching group classes, keeping the workout moving, motivating people, and bringing a positive attitude every time they walk in the gym.

Group fitness experience is required.
Boxing experience is preferred, but not required.

We’re not necessarily looking for a professional boxer. We’re looking for a fitness professional who can coach, connect with people, bring energy, and help members get a great workout in a fun, supportive environment.

Morning and evening hours available.
Competitive pay per class.
Located in Ballwin, Missouri.

We’re looking to add a Heavybag Boxing Fitness Trainer to our team.
