Well two more days before we close for good. I’m overwhelmed by your support and all the kind things you shared about our store. It was a great 36 years. I met a bunch of really great people over that time and will have fond memories that will last forever. I’m so glad we played a part in making collecting fun for you.

This week we got lucky in that we picked up a case of 2025 Stadium Club baseball so we will have Topps latest release for sale on Friday and Saturday. Also some of you know my son Clint. Well he will be helping out at the store on Saturday. I’m sure he would like to see old friends also.

Everyday I’m finding stuff buried in the back that needs to get priced and put out. This week it was Mark McGwire pennants that were issued when he was chasing 70 home runs. We’re selling these for $1.00. We also found a bunch of his photos for $1.00 and Photoballs for $1.88. Lastly we have a bunch of the scorecards from his record breaking season and these are free with a purchase. We also found some old promo packs from various sports that will be free for the kids. Tomorrow I’ll be putting out some Cardinals and Blues Team Sets from the late 80’s and early 90’s priced from $3.00-$5.00 including a few 1989 Upper Deck Cardinal Team sets. And lastly I have two boxes of cards from 1987 through the 1990s that are all Cardinal cards. Each box has around 4,000 cards and these are only 45.00. Most of the stuff mentioned above are limited quantities so it’s first come first served.

I just remembered I have a box of the official St.Louis Rams Super Bowl Champions hats. Originall 34.95 on closeout for $8.88.

Well since my last post I’ve been able to see a lot of you guys and gals. First I’d like to thank all of you for stopping in and sharing stories about how you enjoyed coming in our store over the years and what good memories our store has brought you. And thank you for all the kind words you expressed in person and online it really means a lot to me, Nick and Tom.

As we count down the last days we still need your help in clearing out some cards, autographs, bobble heads and stuff to hang on a wall, your man cave or maybe your office. Most stuff is 20-50% off. We have lots of autographs for 50% off which translates to autograph baseball’s starting at $10.00.

We still have a pretty good selection of Topps, Fleer and Donruss complete baseball card sets and a smaller selection of Football and Hockey sets starting at $4.88. We have a lot of sets under $20.00.

If you want to go on a treasure hunt in our inventory of 2000-2024 cards we’ve put together lots of 3,000 count super shoe boxes for $ 25.00 a box that’s around a penny a card. We just made up some more of our $8.88 boxes for all four sports. If you’re not familiar with them we fill up boxes with 600-800 cards that we never had time to price or put in our system and sell them for $8.88.

We got another small shipment of 2026 Topps Series 1 hobby and jumbo boxes and have the seasonal Topps Easter eggs that have a pack of 59 cards in a decorative egg for $20.00.

Remember last day is February 28. We will be here every day but Sunday till then from 10-4:00 or till the last person leaves the store. Also we still have some of our display cases for sale so please spread the word and hopefully I’ll see you soon.

As most of you know I’m retiring and closing our store after 36 years in business. The final day will be Saturday February 28th. We will be getting in 2026 Topps Series 1 next week. We’re not getting much and haven’t figured out pricing yet. We also are getting the new SP Game use hockey next week and we’ll get Upper Deck Series 2 Hockey when it comes out. We just got in
O-Pee-Chee Hockey and Allure Hockey for this season.

In Baseball we marked down 2025 Topps Series 1 and 2 Jumbo packs and boxes along with 2025 Topps Chrome Blaster boxes. Also all basketball boxes are greatly reduced.

Most of your other merchandise like Complete Sets, Autographs, Framed items and Bobbleheads are 20-50 percent off. We have Topps and Panini T Shirts free with a purchase while supplies last. We only have adult sizes.

We are closing out our bulk common and minor stars boxes of 2500-3000 cards at 25.00-30.00 per box and 50.00- 100.00 for the 5000 card boxes.

We have the last couple of issues of Pokémon Cards on sale at 6.95 a pack.

If you or anyone you know is interested in buying our display cases what we have left are 125.00-250.00 dollars.

This past November marked our 36th year in business. We are one of the oldest brick and mortar baseball card shops in the country. After much thought I’ve decided that we will not renew our lease and close the store the end of February. I’m getting up there in age and would like to do some other things as I grow older. I’ve met a lot of great people over the years and thank you for all your support.

So come on in if your in the neighborhood and say goodbye. I’d love seeing you all again. We have already started marking things down. Right now we still have a pretty good selection of Autograhed items, bobble heads, pictures and of course cards. We especially need to move a lot of our bulk inventory geared for set builders and player collectors so when you stop in let us know what interests you and we’ll try to work something out. We also will be selling our display cases but you won’t be able to pick them up until we close which will be the end of February.
