At Corner you don’t have to choose between Pilates or Lagree, we have both!! So much buzz lately about our incredible Lagree instructors and this unique and challenging workout. dmariefrancis01 looking absolutely 💪🏼💪🏼🔥🔥 this morning.

We may be the only studio in the country that offers both workouts under one roof for the same price, using the same classpacks or membership to book. We love the benefits of both of these workouts so much.

I am so excited to announce I will be teaching at the same studio where my pilates journey began! I will be teaching Mat Pilates classes focusing on building confidence, strength, and connecting to our bodies. Yes, we have expanded our class offerings to 200 classes a week so that we can keep the waitlists low and have enough spots for all the students home.

Incredibly grateful everyday to live in this country and to be a part of this community. We know so many of you just like us have family and loved ones who fought and died for our country and served us bravely. We had 7 full and waitlisted classes today and we don’t take that lightly. We will be donating 50 percent of what we brought in today to the Wounded Warrior Project. Because it is Memorial Day, Corner’s donation will be doubled by a matching grant from USAA. ❤️

Happy Monday! Hope everyone had a great weekend! We are thrilled to announce our new Corner instructor, Haleigh. You may recognize her from classes and reception, and we are so thrilled she has finished her Pilates certification and you get to take her classes!

Hi I’m Haleigh!

I am so thrilled to be joining the Corner fam as a certified pilates instructor!
I fell in love with pilates a couple years ago at the Corner Studio and it feels so full circle to be teaching where I first discovered my passion. I love the mind/body connection & discipline that pilates provides. Pilates quickly became the favorite part of my day. I hope to give back that same feeling to those who take my classes!

In my classes you can expect to be challenged with layers and variations but of course, always a modification if needed. Every class will be full of good vibes, positive energy and immense encouragement.

I cannot wait to move with you all! 🫶🏼
