FightFit is a high-energy, MMA-inspired fitness class designed for all levels. Built to burn fat, build strength, and boost confidence, it blends the best of real striking mechanics with fun, full-body conditioning.

This isn't a fight class—it's a fitness experience. You'll learn basic boxing and kickboxing techniques while moving through dynamic circuits that challenge your core, cardio and coordination.
