The studio was bursting with positive energy last night in ballet. Summer is such a great time to dance. There is time to focus on technique, increase your mobility and flexibility, and just enjoy movement for the love of it!

Barre & Stretch is an amazing class for:

* Runners and other athletes looking to cross-train
* Dancers who want to condition/focus on basics without the demands of choreography
* New and returning dancers who aren't yet ready for a full dance class
* Anyone looking for a fun, low-impact fitness class that builds strength, balance, coordination, and flexibility through work at the barre and on the mat

Did you or your dancer have a wonderful weekend performing and are looking for more opportunities? We're thrilled to act as a rehearsal space for Avant Vermont Dance and would love to see more of our dancers participate in their SEASONS: Summer performance as part of the The Junction Dance Festival. There are opportunities in either the Youth Ensemble or Main Company. Auditions are on May 28th!

Casting call for paid dancers! Audition date May 28th.

AVD is casting 10 Company dancers (including 5 soloists) and 10 Youth Ensemble members for our performance of SEASONS: Summer, July 11th as part of The Junction Dance Festival. Company dancers will receive a stipend of $100.
