Uplift Acrobatics and Dance As an AcroDance teacher, Kaitlyn Knapp is committed to using her expertise to assist students in reaching their personal best.

Uplift Acrobatics and Dance located in Springfield Vermont, is widely recognized throughout New England for providing highly skilled dance and acrobatics training within a supportive and encouraging environment. All of her classes are designed to be fun, productive, and safe. They help develop the physical, mental, and social well-being of each student. Kaitlyn is a graduate of Plymouth State Univ

ersity where she earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Dance Management and Instruction. Kaitlyn is also a module 2 certified Acrobatic Arts Instructor.

Our 2026 Summer Intensives are designed for dancers ages 11+ who are ready to grow, challenge themselves, and keep their training strong over the summer. Each intensive is 2 hours long and runs from 6:00 to 8:00 PM.

Now Hiring: Aerial Silks Instructor

Do you love aerial arts and working with kids and teens?

Uplift Acrobatics and Dance is looking for another Aerial Silks Instructor to join our teaching team for the 2026-2027 season. This position begins in September and is for Wednesday evenings.

This is more than just any job.

It is a chance to inspire young artists, help students discover what they are capable of, and become a role model in a community that truly values dance, acro, aerial arts, creativity, and connection.
