Archive dive 📸 Throwing it back to this Klein Collins mum from 2017: my first Texas shaped mum. I still use some of these braids and chains on almost every mum I make today, they’ve just improved each time. Funny how the lessons stick around 🎀 And I’ve definitely improved my mum making skills in the last 9 years! ✨

✨ Custom showcase! I made this mum for a TX IORG event back in September and I'm still not over it! Lots of color, a light up centerpiece, and a custom name loop, we’re just the start of my favorite things about this mum! I love being able to add details like the dove, anchor, and pot-of-gold charms bring the organizations meaning front and center. I love when a design lets me go full color! It could have been bigger, but I reined it in since this primarily was part of decoration. lol ✨
(And apparently I took no photos of it set up at the event!)

🎀 Behind the scenes: prep mode over here! No finished mums to show today! Just stacks of ribbon, glitter vinyl, and a worktable that looks like a craft store exploded. 😅 This is what October looks like when every homecoming mum is made to order.

While I enjoy the months of homecoming excitement, I’m ready to get this room back in order! Any storage recommendations!? My ribbon stash has expanded quite a bit this year and I don’t think those small totes will work anymore. 😂
