We finished February strong and started March even stronger at the 13 & Over Championships. SSAN finished in second place 🏆🥈, with many athletes achieving new time standards and winning relays. 🔥 & Ella D. earned the 13-14 high point! 🏆Most impressive, was the resilience, grit, and determination our swimmers showed when bouncing back after a race or a missed cut. Resilience is essential for greatness, and our team culture of mutual support shined bright all weekend. ✨

I want to give a shout-out to our coaching team for their efforts. Thank you for your commitment to our athletes and for reminding them to stay relentless in the pursuit of success. 🙌🏻

We also want to recognize our Class of 2026 Seniors: Elizabeth, Nathan, Tyler, Bryce, John, Jack, and Sebastian, who just swam their last Spring Championships with us. We have no doubt they will continue to be successful in all their future endeavors.🎓

With one weekend left in the short course season, we are ready for TAGS and Sectionals. Last one, fast one! 💨💪🏻😊

What an incredible weekend for our Streamliners! From the 12 & Under Champs to High School State and College Championships, it was truly a winning weekend for our team.

✨12 & Under Championships✨
- 1st Place Team Finish 🥇🏆
- High Point Winners: Lawson Crenshaw (10) & Colin Taylor (6)
- Numerous new TAGS, Gulf, AA, BB, and B times achieved.
- Multiple winning relays.
- Incredible team support and pride in the black & gold. 💛🖤

✨TX High School State✨
- Micah Tension: The 10-year SSAN swimmer and Oak Ridge junior won Gold in the 100 & 200 free with new personal best times. 🥇🥇
- Sloane Rocha: Took 2nd place in the 100 breast. 🥈
- Lori, Hunter, Jaden, and Karson all swam strong individual events against very fast competition.
- All relay participants performed well, cheered on their teammates, and had a great time.

✨SSAN Alumni & College Athletes✨
Congratulations to our college swimmers! Isabelle , Sarah .lopezzz , Gavin .451 , Owen , Caleb D. and Matthew B will or have recently competed in their final senior college conference meets, while other SSAN Alumni excelled in their conference championships. The foundation laid here at SSAN continues to lead to high success rates for our athletes at the collegiate level. 💛🖤

Looking back at 2016, it was a year filled with fun and incredible memories such as trips to the Olympic Trials, several visits from Olympians, Mardi Gras, our first pink out meet, and we started Streamline Strong! 💪🏻 Many of the kids featured here are now juniors or seniors in high school, in college, or even married and working full-time.

Our power phrase Streamline Strong & many team traditions still stands strong today in 2026!

We ended 2025 on an incredible note with our Polar Bear Club training and visits from longtime alumni and college swimmers, who reminded us of our program’s continued success. It has been wonderful to see so many newly named college team captains and school records broken as our athletes continue to drop time. 😊👏🏻

Moving into 2026, hosting the Winter Invite was a great success. We saw many personal bests, the tough events being swum, celebrated first-time finalists, and witnessed new standards achieved. Most importantly, we saw a restored sense of confidence in our athletes. 🎉🔥💪🏻
