Our anglers never stop—summer break or not! 🎣

A huge thank you to our anglers who volunteered their time during Father's Day weekend to help out at Bass Pro Shops. Their willingness to serve, represent our team, and engage with the community is a testament to the character and dedication of our anglers.

🎣 Thank You to Our GOHS Fishing Team Booster Club Dads! 🔧

Several of our Booster Club dads gave up their time to work on the GOHS Fishing Team trailer, helping ensure it's ready for another successful season. 💪

The work behind the scenes never stops, and neither does the commitment of our amazing parent volunteers. From maintenance and repairs to improvements that keep our team looking its best, these efforts make a tremendous difference for our anglers. 💙🐻🧡

We are incredibly grateful for the parents who continually step up, lend a hand, and support our team in so many ways. Your time, hard work, and dedication help make everything we do possible. 🏆

Today, the Grand Oaks High School Fishing Team would like to wish all of our dads, grandfathers, supporters, and followers a very Happy Father's Day!

Thank you for the early mornings, long drives, tournament weekends, words of encouragement, and unwavering support. Whether you're helping launch a boat before sunrise, cheering from the shoreline, sharing fishing knowledge, or simply supporting our anglers from afar, your impact reaches far beyond the water.

🏆May 30/31 - The Texas High School BASS Association's State Tournament featured 185 teams and 370 of the top high school anglers in Texas, representing 110 schools from across the state. 𝙏𝙃𝙍𝙀𝙀 of our GOHS Fishing teams fished hard & proudly represented 𝘎𝘳𝑎𝘯𝘥 𝘖𝑎𝘬𝘴 𝘏𝘪𝘨𝘩 𝘚𝘤𝘩𝘰𝘰𝘭 on one of the biggest stages in Texas high school fishing.

🎣 𝗝𝗮𝗰𝗼𝗯 𝗣𝗮𝘁𝗲 & 𝗕𝗲𝗰𝗸𝗵𝗮𝗺 𝗥𝗶𝗹𝗲𝘆-8 fish • 15.43 lbs. (37th place)
🎣 𝗛𝗮𝘆𝗱𝗲𝗻 & 𝗖𝘂𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗻 𝗥𝗼𝘀𝘀-3 fish • 6.73 lbs. (110th place)
🎣𝗝𝗼𝗲𝘆 𝗣𝗲𝗻𝗻𝗲𝗿 & 𝗥𝘆𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗗𝗮𝘄𝘀𝗼𝗻-4 fish • 5.87 lbs. (118th Place)

Our anglers brought 𝟏𝟓 𝒇𝒊𝒔𝒉 to the scales for a combined weight of 𝟐𝟖.𝟎𝟑 𝒍𝒃𝒔., earning Grand Oaks High School a 𝟏𝟔𝒕𝒉 𝒑𝒍𝒂𝒄𝒆 overall finish! Congratulations to Jacob, Beckham, Hayden, Cullen, Joey, & Ryland for a job well done! 💙🐻🎣🧡
