Last call to get summer awards/gifts will be September 10 from 6:30 - 6:45 pm at the pool (on deck). We will not be holding on to any items after this date so please be sure to pick them up at this time!

If there are any siblings who did not swim previously or NEW SWIMMERS who are interested in joining the team (AGES 5-14), tryouts will be held September 10th and September 14th beginning at 6 pm. Summer swim season registration is still open!!

Practices will start Monday, May 4th
Level 1 – Monday through Thursday 5:00-6:00 pm
Level 2 – Monday through Thursday 6:00-7:30 pm
Level 3 - Monday through Thursday 7:30-9:00pm

Please use the same level as swimmers were in past season, unless you received a separate email from us advising they can move up a level.

If there are any siblings who have not swim with us in the past, they MUST attend tryouts to determine if they are ready to join the competitive swim club or need to stay in swim lessons and what level they would be in. Meet schedule can found on CASL website, www.swimcasl.org . Save the meets and championship dates in the calendar.

Splash in the Grove is coming back for the fourth edition of June 14, this invitational will count towards attending 1 meet for Divisional purposes when planning your summer. Parents also save the date in your calendars, we will need lots of help running this meet and that will count towards your volunteer requirements as well.

Parents meeting is on May 6th at 6pm, more details will follow as we approach the beginning of season.

The Jeanne Howley Olympic Commitment - This honorarium has been named in honor of Jeanne Howley. Jeanne is a long-time PIAA/CASL official and recently retired as the PIAA�s Statewide Interpreter for Swimming and Diving. Practices will start Monday, 10/06/2025 - same days and times as last years, Monday thru Thursday
Level 1 - 5:30 - 6:30pm
Level 2 - 6:30 - 8:00pm

This registration is ONLY for returning swimmers - if they swam in any season in the past, either level 1 or 2, please register them for the last level they were in, UNLESS you received a separate email advising otherwise.

Registration cost includes the food donation buyout we had in summer season. Instead of showing it as a separate purchase, we add it to the total cost. We made this change in the summer season and it worked ok for our concessions, so we decided to continue with it. There will be no food or drink donations needed throughout the season. Just volunteer opportunities as in the past - more information will be shared later.

Any new swimmers that are interested in joining our competitive swim club this winter season, we have tryouts scheduled for 9/29 and 10/2 at 6:30pm at Spring Grove High School Natatorium!! Sign up for tryouts is here:

New swimmers must demonstrate they can swim one length of the pool for 8 years and under, and two lengths of pool for 9 years and older, unassisted, face in the water. Touching/bumping the lane lines or wall and getting back on track is ok; stopping and hanging on for break is not.

Our coaches would love to see any additional skills your swimmer can perform, such as breaststroke, butterfly, dives, or flip turns etc, however, these skills are not required to join the team.
Our coaches will determine if your swimmer is ready to join the team.

What happens after team tryouts?

If your swimmer successfully passes the tryout requirements, you will be emailed a registration link and you can sign them up.

If the coaches feel your child is not ready to join the team, they will recommend you enroll them in swimming lessons.

Summer is almost here!! Swim season registration is open!!

Practices will start April 28, 2025. Practice days and times are the same as last summer, Monday through Thursday:

- level 1 5-6 pm
- level 2 6-7:30 pm
- level 3 7:30-9:00pm (HS swimmers and above only)

Register your swimmers in the same level as they were last season they attended, unless you received a separate email from us advising they can move up a level.

New this season - instead of asking for food donations for meets as in the past, we added a mandatory $40 food buyout in the registration. At the same time, we increased the discount for multiple children in the same household to $25 which will offset some of the food cost if your family has multiple children swimming.

We will still need drink donations as in the past seasons.

Volunteers requirements stay the same as past season - each family has to volunteer a minimum of 4 spots per season in order for the swimmers to swim in end of season championships.

If you have new swimmers (never swam with the club before or part of the level 0 we had a couple of seasons ago), DO NOT register them until they attend tryouts!
