๐ 2026 SEASON RECAP ๐
Well, the 2026 season has come and gone!
With that being said, this team went through the lowest of lows to the highest of highs this year.
We started the season by destroying the car in our very first race. It definitely wasnโt the start we had hoped for, but we rebuilt and came back stronger and faster. On June 13th, we earned our FIRST-EVER Legend Car win at Path Valley Speedway!
Of course, the highs came with some lows, too. We hurt a motor halfway through the season and had to clip the car with just a handful of races remaining. Despite the setbacks, we kept pushing forward.
We finished the 2026 East Coast Legend Series 4th in points, even after having to jump into the (39H) car owned by Wayne Dutterer Jr. A huge thank you to Wayne for allowing me to wheel his hot rod and giving us the opportunity to stay in the hunt for a top-five finish in points. We couldn't have done it without you!
Once the East Coast Legend Series wrapped up, we headed west to Lawrenceburg Speedway for the INEX Dirt Nationals.
The 7H unloaded fast on Saturday, earning the Fastest Semi-Pro Award in qualifying. We followed that up by dominating our heat race and leading every lap. In the feature, we led the opening five laps before settling into third. Unfortunately, mechanical failure on lap 13 ended our run earlier than we had hoped.
Although Nationals didn't end the way we wanted, I'm incredibly proud of how this team performed throughout the entire weekend. We showed up ready to compete, had the speed to run up front, and proved we could race with the best.
From destroying a car in the first race of the year to earning our first win, finishing 4th in series points, and competing at Nationals, 2026 was a season we'll never forget.
A huge thank you to everyone who stood behind this team through the highs and lows, especially our sponsors, family, and crew. None of this would be possible without you!
