The StairMaster isn’t just cardio! It’s a great way to build lower-body endurance while working your glutes, quads, hamstrings AND calves 🦵🔥

A few tips:
✨ Keep your chest up and core engaged
✨ Try not to lean your body weight onto the handles
✨ Push through your whole foot with each step
✨ Keep a steady pace you can actually maintain

And yes… your calves are definitely putting in work too 👀
