This is a post to celebrate Jessica! She signed up for KBC West and Inergy and between the outdoor workouts and early morning Zooms (Yoga & Strength) she has already been to 10 classes! Instead of saying I can’t do the program because I am not available one of the days, she said what if I do virtual on the days I can’t make…

Jessica was the first to 10 classes from the KBC West group but there will be several others and some will hit 100. I can just tell.

This is also a post to say TRUST YOUR GUT! I have received countless calls over the years for remote opportunities and didn’t think I had the bandwidth to make it happen but for some reason when Lindsey called for her crew, I felt pulled to say let’s try.

This group (I call KBC West) has brought me so much joy. Moms and daughters, friends and neighbors, focused, disciplined, hard-working and fun!! I especially love learning more about the horse world and meeting amazing new people and young athletes!

Would really like to bring this class back! We will have to let the babies know that they can’t touch the mirrors. I know of a few expecting moms that might want to join this fall! Tag someone or share if they might be interested. *we could have the camera on for virtual too!
