One of our young members—someone who brought nothing but positivity, a smile, and good energy every time she walked into Silver Barbell—is currently in critical condition after a tragic incident.

If you know her, you know how strong she is. And if there’s anyone who can fight through something like this, it’s her.

Tonight, we light up Silver Barbell in green on this dark night for strength, for hope, and for one of our own.

We stand with you. We’re praying for you. And we’re behind you every step of the way.

Some days, you just need a change of pace—get out of the office and into a space that feels more like a gym than work. A place that’s comfortable, judgment-free, where you can be yourself, play your music (as long as it’s senior-friendly), and focus on what matters. Because honestly, without our seniors, there is no “us.”

We are awarding a total of $1,000 in scholarship funds, to be evenly distributed between the top two applicants. Recipients will be selected through a comprehensive review process designed to evaluate academic performance, personal achievements, and alignment with the scholarship’s goals.
