Good morning to our members!
We will be on a delay today as the roads are icy. Tested the road conditions at 9AM. no traction. Slippery when accelerating and sliding when tapping the brakes. Will try again later and let you know how it goes. Stay safe and stay warm!

Attention Ladies, If anyone knows someone eligible for the Silver Sneakers program but doesn't know that there is a place in town to workout for FREE, refer them to Transitions For Women in Silver City at 208 N. Bullard. You don't have to be an exercise enthusiast, just do it! You are always in control with Our resistance machines, as you determine how much you want to put into your routine. You will get out of it, by how much you put into it.

Transitions for Women is OPEN our schedule remains the same opening at 7AM til Noon and reopening at 4PM to closing time at 7PM. Laura and I want to make sure every one of you ladies remain safe at our gym. It has been my "Safe Haven" for the duration of COVID-19 as it helped me to stay active. I will continue to use bleach in my disinfecting as it is what I feel safest using. I will still ask everyone to Please wash your hands or use the hand sanitizer at the front desk before and after your workout. I am looking forward to offer you a safe environment to exercise.
