Becoming a mother is the scariest, best, most unpredictable and most rewarding experience you’ll ever have. It’s worth every moment and it also requires so much more of me than I ever imagined.

You can make motherhood anything you want it to be.
It certainly is hard but the best things in like challenge you.

I thought I was going to finally spend the time to get my online offerings up and going but so far this is all I want to do.

I still care so much about helping other moms navigate postpartum, sharing yoga and the importance of nutrition for moms. But it’s such a hard season to have 2, 2 and under. Most days I just want to soak up all of the time I get with my babes and other days I am so in the thick of toddler and baby things that I can’t possibly do anything else.

I know the moms get me! Also I am incredibly lucky to be spending my days like this right now. 🌊☀️⛱️

Never not hungry.

This is my second time around on breastfeeding so I knew what to expect, but I was not prepared with my first!
I had no idea. When you are pregnant, everybody tells you that you were eating for two but you really don’t start eating for two until after that baby arrives and you are feeding your baby with your body.
