One of the biggest things I’ve learned is to stop asking is “what should I be doing?” and start asking “what does my body need today?” And the difference that alone has made has been night and day! Because I want you to remember one thing: movement in this season isn’t about doing the most. It’s about supporting your body in a way that feels safe for you.
