For the longest time I didn’t train abs directly cause kettlebells really do build serious core strength…

But now we mix in 5 minute core workouts throughout the week to keep everything tight & expose any weak links 🔗

Here’s the run down 👇🏼

💥Halos 6-8 reps each side
💥Hanging high knees with rotation: 30-45 seconds
💥Side plank OH Hold 45sec each side

Rip 2-3 rounds as a finisher or as a stand alone session.

These workouts just hit different! 🔥

I started working out in my dad’s home gym at 13 and Gab started hitting the weight room at her high school freshman year.
Back then we had no idea what we were doing but loved the feeling lifting weights gave us.

After high school we tried CrossFit, powerlifting, body building, different group fitness classes and while they were all fun none of them felt like they checked all the boxes.
You’re either strong but stiff.
Muscular but couldn’t move well.
Sweating & burning calories but no structure for getting stronger.

Then kettlebells entered the chat…

✔️Now we have the strength and fitness to do everything we enjoy at any given time…
Last week we threw on a 40lbs pack and camped at the bottom of the Grand Canyon just because.
✔️Our joints are pain free and mobile after knee surgery and disc herniations.
✔️We move better than we did when we were in college.

This style of training just makes sense…
Strong now and sustainable for the next 20+ years 🔑

Thats why we are so passionate about sharing this movement practice with anyone that will listen 🤣

These are the top 3 things we’re thinking about when programming 👇🏼

That’s why these 7 exercises (or a variation of them) show up in almost every training cycle!

They are efficient, effective, and deliver serious bang for your buck 👏🏼

We started a new training cycle last week and are building our legs and back with Reverse Lunges & Pull ups (or rows if you don’t have a pull up bar)

We train 3 days a week for 30-45minutes and are stronger, look better and move better than we did in our 20s 🌞

This style of training is unbeatable if you need a minimalist approach that you can do from home with a jam packed schedule.
