For the longest time I didn’t train abs directly cause kettlebells really do build serious core strength…
But now we mix in 5 minute core workouts throughout the week to keep everything tight & expose any weak links 🔗
Here’s the run down 👇🏼
💥Halos 6-8 reps each side
💥Hanging high knees with rotation: 30-45 seconds
💥Side plank OH Hold 45sec each side
Rip 2-3 rounds as a finisher or as a stand alone session.
