Your mother doesn’t work here.
And she’s not coming to pick up your weights. 😂 (all 140 lbs that are leaned on that wall).

Especially directly under the sign that says not to lean them against the wall. We don’t ask for much but 🤔 … the sign … it’s right there …

This is Eric.

He travels with his business from Orlando to work on our equipment, and honestly, he’s the best—especially with Precor and Peloton.

This is the kind of stuff most people never see, and the stuff that we haven’t shared often.

Machines taken apart.
Parts replaced.
Time and money going into keeping everything running the way it should.

We do everything we can to stay on top of our cleaning and maintenance. That’s the least we can do for all of you!

Because at the end of the day, if you’re paying for a gym… it should work. It should be clean. It should be taken care of.

That’s something we take seriously.

Just wanted to give a little behind-the-scenes look at what goes into keeping this place running.

This isn’t the flashy stuff—but it’s the stuff that matters.

We had several pieces of equipment reupholstered this week. It took about 24 hours, and we know that is always a little inconvenient.

But thank you all for your understanding! This is a huge part of taking care of the gym.

We’re always trying to reinvest back into this place—fixing things, upgrading things, and making sure what you use every day is solid and taken care of.

We’ve already had a few people mention how much better it looks and feels (like new car leather), and we appreciate that more than you know.

(One business owner/member asked who did the work so he can use them also!)

So shout out to Avon Upholstery! Always amazing work!

We’re not just trying to remain status quo… we’re trying to keep building something better.

We appreciate all of you.

Often, success doesn’t look like success.

If you are pushing for a new position at work, you are likely outside of your comfort zone.

If you are having to study more for your schooling, you may feel stressed or strained.

This picture hangs in my office at the gym and it reminds me daily that the gym is not always an easy, fun place. It is where we come to push ourselves to do uncomfortable things. (Though we do love it!)

It would be so much easier to just stay home. But we all know the saying …

“A ship in harbor is safe, but that’s not what ships are made for”. - John A. Shedd

We come into this world with nothing but potential. Our goal is to grow in it before we sign off.

Don’t take all of that potential with you when you go! Use it today and build a version of yourself you’ve never seen.

25 years.

That doesn’t happen by accident.

It’s because of our members.
It’s because of our community.
It’s because of every single person who has walked through our doors, trusted us, and made this place what it is.

We’re incredibly grateful to serve Sebring for the past 25 years—and we don’t take that lightly.

We have watched some other gyms come and go, but we know the secret. We have plenty of weights and top of the line equipment, but we know the value is in the drama-free, positive, family friendly atmosphere, and we have a great one. Our members care about the gym. They care about each other. Our staff keeps the gym clean and takes care of our members. It’s a perfect system.

This has always been more than a gym.
It’s people. It’s relationships. It’s showing up day after day and building something that lasts.
