As many of you already know, we will be closing our doors on 12/31/2023.

We made some mistakes, and learned a lot along the way, and now it’s time to turn the page on this chapter.

Thank you to all of our members who have supported us over the years. All of the friendships we’ve made, and family we’ve created will never be forgotten.

It’s been one hell of a ride, and we aren’t done yet! There’s more to come and we can’t wait to start the next chapter of Iron Havoc Gym when the time is right.

It’s not goodbye, it’s see ya later 🖤

Updated Staffed Hours

We will now have open staffed hours on Friday’s from 12pm - 7pm for:

⚙️ Membership signups
⚙️ Gym tours
⚙️ Week pass purchases
⚙️ Account updates

Monday - Thursday will be by appointment only as well as weekends.

The gym is still 24/7 access for all members and week pass holders.

This is what makes the powerlifting and strength community so great.

I lifted in the Rhino Cage at the Olympia yesterday and it was announced that we own a gym when I was lifting. When I was done, the owner of American Barbell introduced himself and thanked me for coming out to support the event and we talked a little about our gym.

He thought what we were doing was awesome and wanted to help out a small business and thank us for our participation and support and offered for us to take some of the weights back home for our gym and members.

When big companies give back to the little guys, this is how we build a strong community. Thank you so so much to and to everyone else at the Rhino Cage for such an awesome experience.

Just wanted to give a big thank you to all the Iron Havoc members who made the meet possible by either helping to run it, spotting and loading or competing. You guys are awesome and are the reason we keep doing what we’re doing in making powerlifting accessible to Highlands County.

We finally have a moment to sit down and reflect on The Go Hard Classic on 9/10/23 and man was it a good one!

had the vision for this meet and put everything in place to make it run as smoothly as possible. He really killed it with this one.

We want to give a shoutout everyone who competed and trusted and for the first annual Go Hard Classic. You guys put on a hell of a show! We even had a world record broken by our very own , we’re so proud! Congrats to everyone who went out and hit PR’s or competed for the very first time, you all did great! Shoutout to our members .toney , .bear.lifts , and for doing their very first meet!

Thank you to the spectators who came out and supported local powerlifting and the first sanctioned powerlifting meet in Highlands County. We weren’t expecting such a great turn out and you guys were an awesome crowd.

It was a fantastic meet thanks to everyone who helped at the front door, the scoring table, judges, spotters and loaders with , everyone thank you all so so much. It couldn’t have been done it without you.

🚨Attention members, competitors & spectators🚨

The Go Hard Classic powerlifting competition will be held at Iron Havoc Gym this Sunday 9/10/2023. The gym will be closed to the public (members only) on Saturday and completely closed on Sunday starting at 7:00 AM until the conclusion of the meet.

Equipment will be moved on Saturday to set up for the meet so if you plan on training you will have to train around the equipment.

There will be a spectator fee of $5 to watch the meet (including handlers). Kids 15 and under can attend for free.

Competitors, weigh-ins will be held at the gym on Saturday from 8-10 AM and 3-5 PM. You must have your IPA membership card to compete.
