This is what 8 months of hard work looks like 👀 💪🏼

Samuel Johnson is the PERFECT EXAMPLE of the ELITE PROGRAM being followed to a “T”. Every fine detail of the program is being utilized and taken advantage of by this young man.

The results in the weight room are undeniable - very proud of this young man for the changes that he has made in his game over the course of the last year.
