🏓 Great night at the Brewer Pickleball Courts! 🏓

We had 30+ ACF members out enjoying some friendly competition, learning a new sport, and getting plenty of movement in.

One thing we love at ACF is getting outside. The gym is our home base, but the gym isn’t life.

It was awesome seeing first-time players picking it up so quickly and having fun.

Thanks to everyone who came out and helped make it a great night!

Nancy Spratt shows up.

And honestly, that’s what stands out most.

She’s active. She wants to keep moving. She wants to keep up with her grandkids and enjoy this stage of life—and she’s doing exactly that.

But like a lot of people, it’s not always about feeling 100%.

There are days she’s tired.
Days she’s not feeling it.

And she still comes in.

That’s the difference.

Nancy strength trains at least three times per week.
She checks the box.
She puts in the work.
And she keeps it simple.

No overthinking.
No starting over.
Just showing up.

And she does it with a smile every time.

We love seeing Nancy on the roster.

Because we know what she’s building.

Not just strength in the gym—

But the ability to enjoy retirement… stay active… and be present for the people that matter most.

That’s the goal.

Nancy is absolutely crushing it. đź’Ş

Keep doing your thing—we’re proud of you.
