Sardis - Ohio Community Center The Sardis Community Center (formerly Sardis Elementary School) is owned and operated by the Lee Township Trustees.

Sardis CARES is a fund-raising committee for the community center and administers this page. Following the closure of Sardis Elementary School, the Lee Township trustees purchased the building and grounds. Their intent was to keep the building and the grounds for the use of the community. The grounds include a basketball court, playground, and softball field. The building will be utilized for offi

ce space rental and rentals for one-time events. The center will serve the community for entertainment, education and other events that will benefit the good of the community. Contact

Hey, Pilots, several of our Pilots are going to state! On Thursday, they will leave to participate in the state track meet. Let's give them a great send-off! They will leave from the Sardis Fire Department at 10am and go upriver. Put a sign in your yard or your business! Line the highway with cheering supporters! Give a few minutes of your time to show your Pilot Pride and support for our students. Please pass this on!

We are pleased to announce the return of our popular ornaments, commemorating America's 250th anniversary.

The theme of this year's ornament is Celebrating our River Heritage, highlighting the Ohio River's significant role in shaping Monroe county's past, present, and future. A photograph taken from the riverbank in Sardis of the American Queen serves as the front-side image, while the back honors the nation's 250th anniversary. These ornaments will be available for purchase at the 250th celebration on July 3rd.
