**ATTENTION**

We are excited to announce that we are now accepting Tivity United Healthcare Network!! This includes Medicare/Medicaid and Commercial insurance through employers. This is a new process at Isaly’s 2.0, so we need to ensure that we are doing everything the right way.

For example:

1. Please make sure you have your ID code when you come to sign up.
2. You must make an appointment in order to sign up for this opportunity.
3. Every time you enter the facility, you must sign in to a different sign in sheet that will be conspicuously marked at the desk area.

We have water! Restrooms are back up and operating. They have been cleaned, but the water is still pretty dirty so it might not look like it 😆. Thank you for your patience!!
