Since we had such awesome wall sits yesterday, let’s go over some pointers for good wall sit form:
- Back flat against the wall
- Feet flat on the floor, pushing through the heels
- Hips and knees at 90°, like you’re sitting in an invisible chair
- Increase the challenge by holding weights
