Two of my favorite people in the world. Besides the fact they are awesome to train. Liz and Jim White are an inspiration to me on many levels. They show me every week that your fitness life doesn’t have an expiration date. Your active lifestyle doesn’t have to end with age. As long as you’re breathing, you can get after it. And they do. Week in week out, going on two years now. They are also one of the best examples of a successful marriage I’ve ever seen. They train together, play tennis together, go on fun dates and trips, trivia night. Always together. True partners and soulmates. We are blessed to have them as part of our family here.

Logan was one of my favorite client transformations ever. This was only about 6 months of work for him. 3 x 45 min sessions per week. Never missed a session. Gave 100% every single time. He got so jacked he moved to the beach permanently 😂. Miss you buddy. Love to the family 👊🏻
