Another spotlight this Trainer (no) Tip Tuesday! This week, we’re all about ✨Coach Jen✨

Jen brings a ton of energy to every class and always knows how to keep the room moving! She’s also one of our most experienced BFT coaches, a HYROX athlete, and someone members can count on for both knowledgeable coaching and a little extra hype when they need it 💪

Get to know Coach Jen:
• 4 years as a group fitness instructor, with certifications and a background in yoga, strength training, cycling & HYROX Foundations
• Coach at BFT since 2024 and a member since the very beginning
• Favorite movement: Front squats! There’s just something about a strong front squat 😉
• Favorite BFT class: Cardio! I love the energy, the music, the intensity, and most importantly, getting to be the hype squad for everyone in the room!

Week 7, Let's Go!
Key things to pay attention on your progressions this week:

XTX: Increased focus on higher output movements
Strength: Working with a decrease in reps with an increase in load.
HIIT: 110% MAS with more volume.
Pump: Back to structured sets with increased time and volume.
Cardio U: Back to longer duration intervals compared to the HIIT style.
Power: Progression of some movements.

Dave brings years of experience, a genuine passion for coaching, and a drive to help every member see just how much they’re capable of. We’re so excited to have him step into this role! 💪

Get to know Coach Dave:
• Served 6 years as a US Army Ranger
• NASM certified personal trainer since 2017
• Coach at BFT Roswell since September 2024 and has coached over 350 classes
• Favorite movements: pull-ups and incline rows
• Favorite BFT class: Pump
• Coaching philosophy: “I believe the human body is capable of far more than we often realize. As a coach, I’m passionate about helping people unlock that potential, build strength and confidence, and discover what they’re truly capable of. There’s nothing more rewarding than being a part of that journey.”
