Pitching Drill of the Week 🥎🔥

The bucket drill helps pitchers learn to drive with their legs, creating explosive momentum forward instead of falling off or staying flat. Power starts from the ground up, and strong leg drive leads to more velocity, better balance, and a more efficient pitching motion. 💪

Last day of Defense Camp in the books! 🥎💪 We wrapped up the week with some mental training, a throwing competition and finished with everyone’s favorite game—Stinger! So proud of all the hard work, improvement, and energy these girls brought every single day. Thanks for an awesome week! ❤️

Day 3 ✔️ Week 2 Defense Camp! 💥

Today we mixed it up with both infield and outfield work, focusing on building complete defensive players. From footwork and glove work to angles, communication, and transitions, these girls put in the work and kept getting better with every rep.

Today was all about owning the outfield! 💪 We worked on first-step quickness, taking efficient routes, tracking the ball, and making confident plays. Great outfielders aren’t just fast—they read the ball early, stay under control, and trust their footwork.
Another day of getting 1% better. Let’s keep building! 🥎🔥

We kicked off the week with tons of reps, energy, and hustle! From footwork to glove work, our athletes put in the work and got better every single drill. 💪🥎

🔥 Hitting Drill of the Week: Swing & Take a Knee

This drill is all about using your lower half the right way. After your swing, finish by taking a knee. If you can get there under control, chances are you stayed connected through your legs, fully rotated your back hip, and turned your back foot instead of spinning off or staying stuck.

Power doesn’t come from your arms—it starts from the ground up. Learn to drive with your legs, rotate through your hips, and let your back foot finish the swing. That’s where consistent power is built. 💥🥎

💥 Sydney was named Offensive Player of the Year and topped it off by crushing her first over-the-fence home run! 🚀🥎
