Calling all white belts and people who would like to improve their fundamentals. Come to the Tuesday 6:00pm class where we dive deeper into pinning escapes, control, space management, and movements.

Huge congratulations to all the new belts at Ares Roseville. Today is not just about belts but recognizing the hard work and sacrifices all these students make along with the support of their families.

Every belt given has fingers prints from your teammates. You cannot do this sport alone.

The goal is to be better than you were yesterday.

Keep being curious and be a student for life!!

Please welcome the newest Ares Black Belt Adam Anderson!

20 years in the making. Adam has been training with us for 2 years and we are super excited and happy to be promoting him to the black belt today (6/12/2026)

There is a lot that goes into a black belt and we want to thank his family for the support as well!

Today is your day! Tomorrow we welcome two more black belts into our ranks. Show up tomorrow at 11:00am for our adult promotions. Wear a white gi and show up early 👊

Congratulations to the boys getting some stripes today!!

One step closer to mastery. These two gentlemen have been putting in a lot of work over the last few months and today they were awarded one more stripe!

If you sew them on the mats please congratulate them with a tight hug around their necks 🤣👊

We have two showers that you can use before going to work. Come in, train, and make some friends.
