If you’ve ever said, “’II start on Monday,”

This might surprise you but we’re here to tell you:
THAT’S OKAY.

Your brain actually LOVES a fresh start ⚡️

Whether it’s your birthday, the New Year, or the start of a new week or month, we encourage you to use that motivation to your advantage 📈

Ask yourself at the beginning of every week, “what can I do TODAY to make the rest of the week suit my goals?”

Here are a couple ideas:
✅ meal prep at least one thing
✅ schedule your workouts (this one is huge)
✅ go for a walk to think & clear your mind
✅ wind down & go to bed at a good time
✅ FUEL so you have energy for the week

Boom. You now have your weekly motivation checklist!
Small actions create momentum, and momentum creates motivation.

It’s absolutely amazing that you’re motivated to start on a Monday... because just think, you could have never started at all 👎🏼

Small daily habits > extreme short-term fixes 👏🏼

You don’t need to overhaul your whole life overnight. Start with the basics:
💧 hydrate
🍗 eat your protein
🥦 get your veggies
🏋🏼‍♀️ strength train
🚶🏼 move your body
😴 prioritize sleep
❤️ make time for the people and things that matter

Do those consistently and watch how much better you feel physically AND mentally. The little things add up. 💪🏼

Murph was awesome… but now it’s time to get back to work 💪🏼

Big events and hard workouts are great because they give us something to train for, push toward, and rally around as a community. But the real progress happens after the excitement fades. When we get back into the routine, stay consistent, and find the next thing to focus on.

Maybe your next goal is:
• getting stronger
• improving your running
• finally getting that pull-up
• showing up more consistently
• eating better
• feeling better mentally and physically

Whatever it is, keep the momentum going. One workout, one meal, one day at a time. Stack enough of those together and big things happen.

So proud of this community for showing up, putting in the work, supporting each other, and honoring the meaning behind Memorial Day. Murph is never easy, but that’s what makes it special. Seeing everyone push through together and finish strong is so awesome 👏🏼

Today we remember and honor the heroes who gave everything for our freedom. 🇺🇸

Memorial Day is more than a long weekend or a workout. It’s a chance to reflect on the sacrifice, courage, and selflessness of the men and women who served our country and never made it home.

We’re grateful for the opportunity to come together as a community, push ourselves, and honor their legacy through hard work and shared effort.

Thank you to all the service men and women for your bravery, sacrifice and service.

Land of the free because of the brave. ❤️🤍💙
