I ran the California International Marathon in December ‘25, the London Marathon in April ‘26 and this November I will be running the New York City Marathon.
For the last 6 weeks, while we have been preparing the RECOVER space at the club, I have been testing out the LightStim Bed, as well as the PowerPlates, and I can honestly say that they have been truly transformative for my recovery. I am sleeping deeper, recovering faster and performing better than I ever have.
Strong performance requires strong recovery and for this next marathon build, I’m taking my recovery just as seriously as I am my training. I am so happy to have RECOVER support me alongside my training this time around. Feeling the benefits of our new RECOVER products myself has made me even more excited to be able to offer them to our members.
We have researched & invested in the best equipment and wellness tools that we possibly can for RAC. We wanted the highest quality, most effective products available and I can confidently say that we have accomplished just that.
