Parents/Players,
Apologies with the inconsistency of my training days and hours. This year had been a very busy year for me at work. However, I still truly have a passion for training athletes, preparing them for HS and College, and simply changing the culture of Ridgecrest sports.
With that being said, I feel like the demand for training is now more in the realm of strength, speed, and agility, and not so much in the technical side with respect to ball handling and shooting (mainly soccer)
To my understanding parents feel like HS and club ball with have satisfied the desire for kids to be on the ball more, and now the desire is to see the athletes get bigger and faster now that they are facing older kids in HS and bigger kids from out of town.
I will now be doing speed, agility, strength training for an hour these next 3 week.
If kids/parents want ball work (soccer) I will do that for 30 min after speed Agility and Strength training.
Jun 3-21 priority: Speed Agility and strength training.
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday. 430-530 (speed Agility and strength) followed by 30 min session 530-6pm of ball work. (Message me if you're a new athlete and require the training location)
I have some athletes requesting training sessions on Saturday, and for anyone interested in that. Pending no games, yall are more than welcome to join. (If you're interested in weekend sessions message me directly requesting weekend sessions information)
JUNE 22- JULY 26: No training, I will on TDY for a month.
When I return I'll start up training again and we will hit the ground running to prepare kids for HS sports and fall season club ball
