There’s a difference between taking a group workout class and receiving training.
One of the things I love most about keeping our classes small is that we have the opportunity to really teach and coach you.
Sometimes class feels almost like a mini workshop. We’ll stop, break something down, demonstrate it, and then give you the opportunity to practice, refine, and apply it. We can give specific individual corrections and hands-on adjustments—and then put it right back into the workout.
You’re still getting a great workout, but you’re also getting a true training experience.
And that doesn’t stop once you become an experienced Pilates student. In fact, some of the smallest technical details can completely change an exercise you’ve been doing for years.
That’s how a Pilates practice continues to grow.
Small-group Pilates isn’t just about having fewer people in the room. It’s about being in an environment where you can actually learn, practice, and improve.
Because when you’re truly being trained—not just instructed through a workout—your Pilates practice can completely transform.
