Great news! The seasonal peregrine falcon nesting closures on Granite Mountain and Thumb Butte end on July 16, when these incredible climbing areas reopen.
Each spring, these temporary closures help protect peregrine falcons during one of the most important times of their life cycle. We’re grateful for the stewardship that helps ensure these birds continue to thrive while preserving opportunities for future generations to enjoy these amazing climbing areas.
That also means one of our favorite adventures is back: guided multi-pitch climbing on Granite Mountain!
If Granite Mountain has been on your climbing list, now is a great time to plan your adventure. Book by July 31 and use code SUMMER15 to save 15% on your trip.
See you on the rock!
