We are so excited to welcome another new face to the SOAR instructor team, Cindy 🩵

Cindy has loved fitness since she was a kid and that passion has never slowed down. For her, it has always been about more than just the physical. Fitness teaches patience, consistency, and the power of showing up, and she brings all of that energy into every class she teaches.

What lights Cindy up most is watching others find their love for movement, hit their goals, and have a genuinely good time doing it. She believes fitness should be fun and rewarding, and that the community built around it is just as powerful as the workout itself.

Her classes bring an athletic fusion approach to the reformer, expect dynamic, energizing movement that challenges your body and leaves you feeling amazing.

When she is not in the studio you can find Cindy roller skating, chasing down the spiciest food in town, or tearing up the dance floor with full confidence and zero apologies 😄

We are so glad she is part of the SOAR family. Come take her class and see for yourself!

We are so excited to introduce our newest SOAR instructor, Christina 🩵

Christina's Pilates journey started back in 2012 when her sister, Heather, convinced her she would love it. She tried it, life happened and it didn't quite stick. Then in 2017, Heather needed someone to practice teaching and Christina happily raised her hand. That was the moment the Pilates bug bit and she hasn't looked back since.

After years in marketing working with brands like Apple, Universal, and Disney, Christina was ready for something new. She joined SOAR's first ever teacher training program last year and brought her passion, her dedication, and yes, all 6'3" of her, proving you are truly never too tall for a reformer 😄

Christina's style is rooted in traditional Pilates and her classes are grounded, intentional, and open to everyBODY. We are so lucky to have her on the SOAR team.

You can find Christina on the schedule this coming June on Sunday mornings and Monday evenings.
