Join us for Parents Night Out, where kids ages 4-12 will enjoy an evening filled with games, art, crafts, tumbling, and plenty of laughs in a safe and welcoming environment. Because summer should be about making memories—not worrying about meals.

From June 8 through August 7, the Shasta Family YMCA will be serving FREE breakfast and lunch to all youth ages 0–18.

🥣 Breakfast: 9:30–10:30 AM
🍽️ Lunch: 12:30–1:30 PM

We're proud to help keep kids fueled, active, and ready for their BEST SUMMER EVER. Whether you're spending the day at the Y or just stopping by for a meal, everyone is welcome.

From June 8–August 7, all youth ages 0–18 can enjoy FREE healthy meals right here at the Y—no membership required.
