Have you been wanting to ride, but feel unsure? Have your kids been asking to join you?
Beginning in June, just check the schedule. TRUE Start is our monthly introductory ride designed for new riders, developing riders, and youth who want to learn the foundations of rhythm riding in a welcoming and supportive environment.
This class focuses on bike setup, safety, riding form, rhythm, class etiquette, and building confidence on the bike. Whether you’re taking your very first ride or looking to strengthen your skills, TRUE Start is the perfect place to begin.
Youth riders are welcome provided they:
* Are attached to a parent or legal guardian’s TRUE Ride account
* Can safely fit on the bike
* Are able to follow coach instructions and participate respectfully in a group setting
Parents and guardians can create a TRUE Ride account for free and contact the studio to have their child added to their profile. We encourage youth riders to visit the studio before class so we can assess bike fit and answer any questions.
TRUE Start follows the same pricing structure as our regular classes:
* First ride free for new riders
* Included with Unlimited Memberships
* Limited Membership credits accepted
* Class packs accepted
* $20 drop-in rate
Class packs are an excellent option for families to add to an Unlimited or Limited membership, as they can be shared and transferred between riders, making it easy for youth participants to attend classes as they grow their confidence and skills.
