💥Join us in celebrating our hottest new small group training session – Pilates Reformers Classes, available now at the Northwest Cary YMCA! 😍

🌟All YMCA of the Triangle members are invited to try our new reformer machines at the Northwest Cary Y.🌟

Register for your spot now in the Y app by searching for classes and filtering for "Reformer" and the Northwest Cary location. 55-minute sessions are available for beginning and intermediate levels to build core strength, stability, length and confidence using reformer machines to restore body balance and alignment. 1, 4 and 8 class packages are available for purchase through the Y app.
