The Raleigh Galloway Marathon Training Program is committed to providing a safe, friendly, challenging and motivating experience to our member runners as they train for their half or full marathons. You'll run with others of your own ability using run/walk breaks in a fun, team environment. We run Saturday mornings at 7:30 AM from various locations throughout the Triangle including Raleigh, Cary,
Morrisville, Wake Forest, Durham and Holly Springs. Come join us for a run and bring your friends – we are always guest friendly! Our run programs have trained over 1,000 members and we’d love for you to join our team. We can help you achieve your running goals in a fun, team environment! We offer 9 pace groups, so you'll be assured on running / walking with others of your own ability. The centerpiece of our training program is the weekly long run, utilizing Jeff Galloway's unique Run/Walk system. Additionally, you are encouraged to complete 2 short runs during the week on your own. You’ll need to be able to walk or slowly run-walk 3 miles when you start our program. The 2025 Raleigh Galloway Spring Half Marathon Training Program fees are $120* for new members and $100* for returning members. That includes our training program with all runs supported, Jeff's ebook GALLOWAY TRAINING PROGRAMS, a technical running shirt, as well as discounts at local running stores and races.
