My day job for the past 13 years has been in banking, and I’ve noticed a lot of parallels between fitness and finance.
What makes you successful isn’t the plan. It’s the behavior.
And I’ve noticed something interesting since becoming a coach.
The thing people ask for is rarely the thing they need.
They ask for a meal plan, but they need structure.
They ask for more motivation, but they need better systems.
They ask for faster weight loss, but they need steady progress.
It’s one of the reasons I love coaching.
The real work isn’t telling someone what to do.
It’s figuring out what’s actually standing in their way.
If you’re tired of starting over every Monday and you’re ready for a plan that works in real life, send me a message. 🩷
